What we collect
- Account and order details: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, what you ordered, and the options and notes you give us (such as firearm make and model, colors, and artwork).
- FFL transfer details: information about the firearm or item being shipped to us, the shipper, and tracking numbers, plus the photo of your Texas driver license or ID, and your Texas License to Carry if you upload one.
- Records required by law: when you pick up a firearm, federal law requires us to complete ATF Form 4473, run a background check (unless you present a valid Texas License to Carry), and record the transfer in our acquisition and disposition records.
- Payment details: card payments are processed by our payment processor, Fortis. Your full card number goes to Fortis and is not stored on our website.
- Marketing sign-ups: if you sign up for our first-order offer, your email, mobile number, and first name, along with a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address).
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, text, WhatsApp, or a form on this website.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our website, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
