Lightning Armory lets you choose from more than 200 Cerakote colors in stock, a color from the Cerakote catalog, or a custom color of your own. Ship your firearm or parts to our Bastrop, Texas shop, and we target a one-week turnaround.
What we do
Cerakote and DuraCoat
Complete pistols, slides, frames, grip modules, and small parts. Solid colors, custom patterns, and custom color work, including Staccato grip recoloring.
Laser engraving
Firearm components, backplates, magazines, and accessories, plus Yeti and Magslider drinkware. Bring your own logo, design, or text.
Mixed media
Cerakote and laser patterning combined: laser-cut patterns layered with reactive Cerakote for finishes you can’t get any other way.
Laser stippling
Custom laser stippling for a consistent, grippy texture, laid out to fit your hand and your frame.
Laser slide cuts and barrel porting
Precise laser-cut slide windows and serrations, and laser barrel porting, finished to match the rest of your build.
Polymer repair
Gouges, cracks, and worn spots in polymer frames repaired and refinished so the damage disappears.
Custom grips
One-of-a-kind grips and grip panels, created to order in the colors and patterns you choose.

Cerakote pricing
Prices cover one solid color. Every price includes full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, surface prep, final clean and lubrication, reassembly, fitting, and a function check (no live fire). Please send the complete firearm, even if we are only coating the slide or frame.

Service orders are shipping-only, with no drop-off. Firearms travel by UPS.

We target a one-week turnaround. Special-order colors add 2–3 days.
