We work hard to describe every service and item accurately and to get your order right the first time. Please read your order carefully before you check out, and contact us with any questions before you buy.
No returns or exchanges
- All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of firearms, parts, accessories, or any other item.
- Completed service work (Cerakote, engraving, stippling, repairs, and other custom work) cannot be returned or refunded. Colors can look different on screens, in catalogs, and on different materials, and small variations in color and texture are normal and are not defects.
Items that come back to us
If an order has to come back to us for a reason other than our error, such as your inability to take legal possession of a firearm or your FFL refusing to receive it, a 25% restocking charge applies, plus the cost of the return shipping label.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it usually cannot be cancelled. When a cancellation is possible, a 25% cancellation fee applies to cover processing charges.
- Service orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
- If, after we receive your item, it needs extra cleaning or other work that was not part of your order, we let you know the cost by email or text, and it must be paid before that work begins. If you decline and the order cannot go ahead, we keep 25% of the service price as a cancellation fee, refund the rest of the service price, and return your item using the return shipping included in your order.
- If we decline your work after your item is in our possession, we refund your service charge in full, return your item at our cost, and charge no restocking or cancellation fee.
- Please do not rely on email to cancel an order. Call us at 512.838.3400.
FFL transfer fees
FFL transfer fees are not refunded, including when a background check is denied. Storage fees, and what happens to items that are denied or never picked up, are explained on our FFL Transfers page.
